What Documents are Required to Confirm My Booking?

Before departure, Luxe Fly Jet must receive a signed copy of the contract and credit card information as payment assurance for last-minute flights. Additionally, full passenger details and copies of all passports, including identifiers and pet vaccination certificates, are required.

Will I Receive an Air Ticket After Booking?

After completing the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and preliminary flight details. The final informational bulletin, with all necessary information about your flight, including departure time, routes, addresses of public aviation terminals, the number of passengers on board, etc., will be provided 24–48 hours before the flight starts.

What is the Recommended Arrival Time at the Airport?

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 20 minutes before departure time to avoid any rush during the boarding process.

What is the Allowed Baggage Weight to Take on Board?
